really wanted to give Le’Vi Nail Salon multiple chances, but today was the absolute last straw. While the actual nail technicians are sweet and do their best, the ownership and management are completely unprofessional. I had a scheduled 9:30 AM appointment for a gel manicure. After sitting there for over 30 minutes past my appointment time, not a single person—especially the owner—had the professional courtesy to acknowledge the delay or say a word to me. Instead, I watched the owner prioritize regulars she recognized, seating them ahead of clients who had booked appointments. Now those customers might have appointments as well not saying they may not but just some sort of acknowledgment would have been nice. Appointments mean nothing here, and basic respect for a client's time is entirely absent. If you run a salon, you need to own up to your scheduling issues and treat all customers with equal decency instead of playing favorites. I won't be returning.
